Project Need


Environmental due diligence was required related to the acquisition of a former warehouse facility named Stocking 51 located on Centennial Blvd near Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee.

Services Completed


Lord and Winter, LLC conducted site reconnaissance, soil testing, historical data reviews, and user interviews. We compared historical usage data along with current soil testing data to develop an opinion of recognized environmental conditions at the site.

Issue Resolved


As a result of the work, the client was able to meet ASTM 1527-13 innocent landowner requirements related to the property acquisition.
