Lord & Winter, LLC conducted site reconnaissance, environmental data review; environmental lien search; buyer and seller interviews; and interviews of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation – Underground Storage Tank Program, Dry Cleaner Program, and Remediation Program staff.

Issue Resolved

As a result of the work, the client was able to acquire the property while following CERCLA “innocent landowner requirements” for environmental liability protection.
