Lord & Winter conducted site reconnaissance, reviewed historical aerials, reviewed federal and state environmental databases, reviewed existing environmental records from nearby hazardous material permit holders, and conducted research on nearby and adjacent historical remediation sites in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

Issue Resolved


Lord & Winter provided a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment report summarizing environmental conditions at the Subject Property. An environmental risk review was conducted by the Client and an informed lending decision was made. Risk reduction was obtained by securing the services of Lord and Winter.
